ALUMNI COMMITTEE

OBJECTIVES

The following are the specific objectives of St. Gregorios Alumni Association:

1. Alumni Get-together: To bring the old students of St. Gregorios Dental College under one forum for exchange of experience, dissemination of knowledge and talents amongst its members, and also for the furtherance of fellowship, advancement of scientific knowledge in general, of the community and the college.
2. Professional Development: To provide opportunities for continuing education, mentorship programs, and career advancement resources for alumni and current students.
3. Student Support: To offer scholarships, conduct career guidance and counseling, or financial assistance to needy students and donation of books to the library.
4. Social Networking: Facilitating connections among alumni, current students, and faculty of St. Gregorios Dental College through social media, organizing alumni events, reunions, and social gatherings.
5. Camps and Community Outreach: To engage in camps as well as public service and community outreach programs related to dental health education and awareness.
6. Honoring: To honor old faculty as well as alumni who excel in their career.
7. Job Opportunities: To guide and support the students passing out from St. Gregorios Dental College for better placements.
8. Alumni Relations: To maintain a strong bond among alumni through communications, social media, and other platforms.
9. Fundraising: To raise funds to support various initiatives of the dental college, to help poor and needy staff as well as provide medical aid for fellow alumni.
10. Promotion of Sports and Culture: To uphold sports and cultural activities and introduce ever-rolling mementos for the same.
