CONSUMABLE PROCUREMENT COMMITTEE
OBJECTIVES
- To Regulate and Approve Purchase Requisitions: To establish a structured process for reviewing and approving purchase requisitions from all departments.
- To Ensure Quality and Cost-Effectiveness: To oversee the procurement of dental consumables to guarantee that all items meet required quality standards and are purchased at competitive prices.
- To Ensure Timely and Accurate Fulfillment of Orders: To oversee the process of fulfilling purchase requisitions promptly and accurately. Ensure that the procured consumables are delivered in a timely manner and meet the specified requirements of each department, thus minimizing delays and operational disruptions.
