OBJECTIVES

To organize workshops and training programs to enhance pedagogical and clinical teaching skills.
To promote research activities and assist faculty in grant writing and publication processes.
To evaluate faculty performance and identify areas for improvement through structured feedback systems.
To establish collaborations with other institutions for faculty exchange programs.
To ensure adherence to ethical guidelines in teaching, research, and patient care.
