OVERVIEW

The Grievance Redressal Committee at SGDC is designed to address and resolve issues that students may encounter during their academic journey. The cell serves as a dedicated platform for students to voice their concerns, complaints, and grievances, ensuring that their issues are heard and resolved in a fair and timely manner.

OBJECTIVES

• The cell provides an opportunity for the students and stakeholders to express their grievances/problems/dissatisfaction.
• Gives guidance for the students to redress their problems and take appropriate actions and ensure that promises are kept.
• Prevents minor disagreements developing into more serious disputes. This boosts the morale and emotional security of the students and helps in maintaining cordial relationships between the students and the college.
