OVERVIEW

The Internal Complaints Committee at SGDC is a formal body established to address and resolve complaints related to issues such as workplace harassment, discrimination, or any other internal grievances. The ICC is typically set up to ensure that there are fair, transparent, and effective mechanisms in place for handling complaints within the organization.

OBJECTIVES

• To create an environment of sexual harassment free campus.
  
• To receive every complaint about sexual harassment and conduct enquiries.
• To subject reports and recommendations to authorities.
