INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE POLICY

Internal complaint committee at St. Gregorios Dental College aims to prevent sexual harassment and ensure a safe environment for students and staff.

OBJECTIVES

• To create an environment of sexual harassment free campus.
• To receive every complaint about sexual harassment and conduct enquiries.
• To subject reports and recommendation to authorities.

FUNCTIONS

• Internal complaint committee meetings are conducted twice in a year.
• Complaints can be brought by in person, message, email or letter to the committee.
• On receiving the complaint, the committee will immediately schedule a meeting on next working day.
• The complaint will be investigated confidentially.
• The reports and recommendation should be submitted to the principal within one week.
• If the complaint is not resolved within two weeks, the complainant can be approached the management or handled legally.
