INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE

OVERVIEW

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at SGDC is formed according to the provision of ‘Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace governed by the sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013’. The ICC is typically set up to ensure that there are fair, transparent, and effective mechanisms in place for handling complaints within the organization.

OBJECTIVES

• To create an environment of sexual harassment free campus.
  
• To receive every complaint about sexual harassment and conduct enquiries.
• To subject reports and recommendations to authorities.
