KALAKRITHI

By placing a golden mark in the history of SGDC, the college hosted the first ever tridental arts fest "Kalakrithi" on 5th of November 2023. Al-Azhar dental college Thodupuzha, Annoor dental college Muvattupuzha and students of SGDC participated in various cultural events.It was conducted as a day long program initiated with official function in the presence of Principal Dr Jain Mathew, staffs from various colleges and students. Cine actress Ms Sithara Vijayan lighted the lamp and inaugurated the event. This was followed with various cultural competitions organised for the day. The students joined in events including cosplay; with Gregorians bagging the first place, choreo video; bagging the second place and bagging 3rd place in events including couple dance by Dr Alvin Raju and Sruthy Saji Nair , duet song rendered by Dr Gopika P Dinesh with Sanjay RV and group dance. SGDC shared the overall 1st runner up alongside Annoor dental college in the tridents. The event was followed with distribution of the prizes and Dj making the day a memorable event.
