MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
OBJECTIVES
- To refer to the maintenance register daily and develop a plan to respond quickly.
- To conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in order.
- To strategize an annual maintenance plan including routine and preventative maintenance.
- To delegate and coordinate tasks in case of outsourcing.
- To work with the finance department to draft a budget when purchasing, tendering, and issuing work orders.
- To conduct training as well as educate members regarding maintenance at regular intervals.
