Other Backward Communities (OBC) constitute a diverse group of social categories identified by the Government of India as economically and socially disadvantaged. At St Gregorios Dental College, we value the rich diversity of our student community, which includes individuals from OBC backgrounds. OBJECTIVES

• To promote social justice and equality: By ensuring equal opportunities and rights for OBC communities.
• To implement reservations and concessions: As per government policies and regulations.
• To create awareness: About the rights and entitlements of OBC communities.
• To foster an inclusive environment: By promoting diversity and addressing discrimination.
• To monitor and evaluate: The implementation of policies and schemes for OBCs.
• To facilitate empowerment: Through education, training, and skill development programs.
• To address grievances: Related to OBC issues and concerns.
• To collaborate and network: With other organizations and stakeholders for the welfare of OBCs.
