PATIENT GRIEVANCE AND TOBACCO CESSATION COMMITTEE

OBJECTIVES

Investigates and reviews complaints or grievances of patients.
Analyze the situation and take various steps to avoid this type of situation in the future.
To promote the rights of patients when in college.
Encourages the patients to express their problems freely and frankly without any fear and assure them that the problem will be addressed as early as possible.
