RECRUITMENT POLICY



  • The head of the department should know the requirement of teaching staff considering the student-teacher ratio as per the norms laid down by DCI and KUHS. The HOD shall report to the principal for further processing in case of any deficiency.
  • The principal shall submit the list of faculty requirements in the managing council meeting for approval.
  • After approval, an advertisement is published in leading newspapers or through other means of communication such as social media.
  • The candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria to facilitate further consideration of their candidature.
  • After the stipulated time, the received applications are sorted post-wise and based on the candidates' specialization.
  • The concerned HOD shortlists the candidates based on the requirements of the respective department. The resumes of the shortlisted candidates are then sent to the administrative office for an interview.
  • The managing council and corresponding HOD will evaluate the suitability of prospective candidates for a particular position. Based on their performance in the interview, higher qualification, and publications, the committee will publish the rank list of selected candidates.
  • Appointment orders are issued by the principal to the selected candidates, and they are given a time period of 10 days to one month for joining from the date of receipt of the appointment order.
