The Research Methodology Continuing Dental Education program on April 22nd, 2024, was one important step in the improvement of research skills among dental professionals and postgraduates. The program was conducted by the Research Committee, led by Dr. Arun K Joy., aiming at teaching the basics of research in dentistry. Interactive sessions and workshops enabled the participants to learn about the design of research, data collection, analysis, and sharing of findings. Dr. Nishad's leadership created a learning atmosphere that was supportive and, in the meantime, encouraged active participation. The program encouraged evidence-based dentistry and motivated participants to make contributions to dental research. In this regard, it proved to be a great opportunity for staff and students to improve their research skills and further better dental practices.
